To: Members of the Overseas Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Management Council (Overseas Council) and all disciples of Vovinam Việt Võ Đạo worldwide
In the spirit of unity and mutual assistance, we are pleased to announce that the 4th General Assembly of the Council of Overseas Masters will be held in conjuction with Vovinam Leadership Camp 2017 in Seattle, Washington state (United States), on June 22-25, 2017.
The event program will include the following activities:

- – Exam for Yellow and Red Belts
- – Vovinam Technical Seminars
- – Friendly Competition
- – Leadership Workshops
- – Vovinam Fellowship
- – Outdoor fun
