THÔNG BÁO Về việc tuyển chọn nhân sự vào Ban Thường Vụ nhiệm kỳ 2015-2017 

– Chiếu theo nội quy của Hội Đồng Võ Sư Tương Trợ Hải Ngoại (HĐVSTTHN) ban hành ngày 9 tháng 6 năm 2012, và

– Để đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển môn phái tại Hải ngoại, – Dựa trên quyết định #003/NK2/HĐVSTTHN-QĐ của Đại Hội 03,  

Trong tư cách Tổng Vụ Trưởng (TVT) HĐVSTTHN, Mục sư Nguyễn Quang đã hoàn tất việc tuyển chọn cộng tác viên cho các vai trò chánh vụ của Ban Thường Vụ (BTV).  Chúng tôi xin trân trọng công bố thành phần BTV HĐVSTTHN nhiệm kỳ 2015-2017 gồm có quý vị nêu tên sau đây: 

• Tổng Vụ Trưởng: Mục sư Nguyễn Quang, Florida Hoa Kỳ
• Chánh Vụ Võ Đạo: Võ sư Hoàng Ngọc Hùng, Đà Nẵng Việt Nam
• Chánh Vụ Kỹ Thuật: Võ sư Nguyễn Đình Đức, Sydney Úc Đại Lợi
• Chánh Vụ Thông Tin: Võ sư Lê Đức Hòa, California Hoa Kỳ
• Chánh Vụ Tài Chánh:  Võ sư Thái Nhật Lĩnh, Seattle Hoa Kỳ
• Chánh Vụ Tổ Chức Sự Kiện: Võ sư Trần Kim Thúy, Houston Hoa Kỳ 

Ban Thường Vụ HĐVSTTHN có trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch ngắn và dài hạn cho sinh hoạt môn phái tại Hải ngoại, mời các nhân sự có tài đức cộng tác để hoàn thành vai trò và trách nhiệm theo tinh thần của nội quy.

Establishment of Discipline’s Two Leadership Councils

Six months before the Grandmaster’s death, he was making preparation to establish a new discipline organizational strucutre more suitable for the future of Vovinam Việt Võ Đạo.

Based on annoucement of Master Nguyen Ton Khoa, Chief of Staff of the Central Discipline Office of Vovinam Việt Võ Đạo  (Document: #04 / TB-VPMP), at 3 pm on Aug 24, 2010, Grand Master Le Sang presided over a special conference session to announce the establishment of the Masters Council of Trustees, personnel appointments and preliminary operating regulations.  The Grandmaster was reminding and coaching the masters regarding the essence of coopertive work and the feasible approach for the future.

A few days later, the the official written decisions, dated March 31, 2010, were disseminated with full details. Fundamentally the discipline organizational structure is to be governed by 2 councils working in parallel but in sync: Masters Council of Trustees and Masters Council of Overseas Network.
